Our roots in this community run deep. What began as part of the original Westlake Hospital evolved when the hospital was acquired and the emergency department transitioned into an urgent care. When that facility was no longer supported, we continued our commitment to care by relocating to our La Venta location, and later, during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we moved to our current Townsgate site to better serve the needs of our growing community.

For the last 26 years, our clinic has had the privilege of caring for you and your families, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us..

Our Medical Director, Dr. Sonia Devgan-Kacker, is running for Congress to represent our community, California’s 26th District, at the national level. This decision comes from the same commitment that has guided our clinic for decades: advocating for patients, improving access to care, and strengthening the healthcare system.

We want to reassure you that clinic operations will continue as usual.

Your care will not be disrupted. Our team remains fully in place, and we are actively working to expand by recruiting an additional physician partner who shares our mission and values.

Dr. Sonia will remain involved with the clinic in an ongoing capacity, regardless of the outcome of the election. Our commitment to this community is unwavering.
