We work to keep visits moving quickly. With online registration, streamlined check-in, and on-site testing, many visits are completed in about 30 minutes. Actual wait times can vary based on patient volume and the care you need.

What is the parking situation?

Free parking is available for all patients, including dedicated 30-minute Urgent Care parking spaces conveniently located right next to our entrance. These spaces are designed to make your visit quick and convenient, giving us plenty of time to evaluate, treat, and get you back on your way. 
Additional standard parking spaces are also available throughout the lot if the 30-minute spaces are occupied.

What insurance do you take?

We accept almost all PPO insurance plans, Medicare, Workers' Compensation, and employer-authorized injury claims. We also offer straightforward, competitively priced self-pay rates that are among the most affordable in the area. If you have travel insurance, we're happy to see you. 
While we are generally unable to bill travel insurance plans directly, we'll provide an itemized receipt and any necessary documentation so you can submit your claim for reimbursement through your travel insurance provider. 
We do not accept HMO insurance plans at this time. If you're unsure about your coverage, our staff is happy to help verify your benefits before your visit.

What should I bring to my visit?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any relevant forms, medication lists, or prior test results. If your visit is for workers' compensation, bring the completed employer paperwork with you.
