We accept Medicare, but are not contracted with any Medicare HMO/Advantage Plan.

Self-pay for HMO's, Kaiser, and uninsured - $150 (New Patient Level 3 Office Visit).

Fair pricing for extra services (ex. labs, x-rays, etc.).
